Basel II Regulatory Compliance
Worked with Morgan Stanley executive management, in addressing Basel II European regulatory compliance issues across the entire organization. Helped to create metrics for executive level reporting as well as those necessary for tactical management. Handled day-to-day management of geographically dispersed internal staff and worked closely with external resources (Ernst & Young and Diamond Cluster). Prepared and presented executive presentations. Provided guidance and advisement regarding policy and procedures for PMO roles and responsibilities. Worked vigorously to increase PMO relationships with the various businesses.
